what sets you apart from other building companies?

We want to be with you from the very beginning of your project. Our goal is to make the design and build process as simple as can be. Engaging us from the very start of your build will benefit you in the quality finishes you will see, as well as helping with your budget.

Do I need plans before i get in contact with you?

No, as we can work through our Concepts Package which takes you from initial idea through to drawn up plans ready for approval. However, if you do have plans, we are happy to work with you and your designer through our Pre-Construction Package.

Will I be involved in the build stages?

Absolutely! We involve our clients in all aspect of a build. Using our job management software, you will have access to plans, quotes, schedules, photos and all communication through the client portal. Everything can be found in the once place to keep you updated. We will also have fortnightly site meetings to discuss building phases and the process of what’s to come.

i am unsure of my selections and finishes. how can you help me?

We provide with all of our projects an interior design service which offers a creative and personalized approach to your needs and style.
Which can include:

• Space planning and layout

• Furniture selection and arrangement

• Lighting and accessories

• Color and style consultation

• Custom design features and finishes
